Account Deletion

You can delete your NearBuy account at any time. This page explains how to do it and what happens to your data.

1. Delete in the app

Open NearBuy and go to Profile.
Tap "Delete account".
Confirm the deletion. The action is immediate and irreversible.

2. Request by email

If you cannot access the app, email contact@nearbuy.com.br from your registered address with the subject "Account deletion". We will reply within 7 business days.

3. What is deleted

Account data (name, email, phone, photo).
Listings, messages, reviews and preferences.
Push notification token and session data.

4. What may be retained

We may retain data strictly necessary to comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud or exercise rights, for the legal period, anonymized or restricted where possible.

5. Timing

Deletion is processed immediately in the app. Backup copies may take up to 30 days to be erased.
