• Account: name, email, phone, profile photo and, where applicable, Google login identifiers.
• Location: approximate coordinates to show items by proximity (500m to 10km radius).
• Content: listings, chat messages, reviews and uploaded images.
• Usage and device: access data, interactions, device identifiers and push notification token.

2. How we use data

• Provide the Service: show nearby listings, enable match, chat, reviews and notifications.
• Security: verify identity (OTP/SMS, email, Google), prevent fraud and abuse.
• Improve the product: aggregated usage metrics.
• Communications: notices about your account and the Service.

3. Legal bases

We process data based on contract performance, legal obligations, legitimate interest and, where required, your consent (for example, location and notifications).

4. Location

Location is used to bring buyers and sellers closer. You may deny or revoke location permission in your device settings; some features may be limited.

5. Sharing

• Infrastructure and service providers (e.g. AWS — storage, email/SMS; Google — Firebase Cloud Messaging and login; CDN).
• Other users: only the information needed for the deal (name, photo, reputation, listing).
• Authorities: when required by law or court order.

6. Retention

We keep data while your account exists or for the period necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and prevent fraud.

7. Your rights

• Confirmation of processing, access, correction and update.
• Anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data.
• Portability, information about sharing and withdrawal of consent.
• Objection to processing and petitions to the data protection authority.

8. Security

We adopt technical and organizational measures such as encryption in transit, access control and code verification. No system is 100% secure, but we work to reduce risk.

9. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside Brazil. In such cases we adopt contractual safeguards and appropriate protection measures.
