1. Verified profiles

We confirm identity via email, SMS and Google login, with badges and review history. Unverified profiles have reduced reach and features.

2. Trade safely

Prefer meetings in public, busy places (cafés, malls, stations).
Agree on details in the app chat; avoid sharing your phone or social media.
Check the item before closing and agree on the payment method clearly.

3. Avoid scams

Be wary of prices far below market and of excessive urgency.
Do not make advance payments to strangers or share codes you receive.
Do not click suspicious links sent in chat.

4. Report and block

Found suspicious behavior? Report it from the conversation or profile and block the user. Our team reviews cases and may suspend accounts.

5. Honest reviews

Only review deals that were actually completed. Honest reviews help the whole neighborhood trade better.
